We like to think that Sidsmums is the backpackers' home from home and as such, we try not to impose any rules. However, sometimes Terms & Conditions are necessary. You really should read them.

• Check in between 2.00 pm and 8.0 pm, unless by prior arrangement. Any arrivals after 8.00pm must be agreed in advance. If your travel arrangements mean that you arrive earlier in the day, we are happy to store your baggage, but it is unlikely that your room/bed will be available before 2.00 pm.
• Check out time 11.00 am unless by prior arrangement. Guests checking out should vacate beds/rooms by 10.00 am. Again, we are happy to store baggage for you, by prior arrangement.
• Payment is only in Euros
  • We regret we are unable to accept travellers cheques.
  • We use your credit card number as a guarantee of payment, but we do not normally accept payment by credit card
  • We reserve the right to request full payment in advance
• For non-arrivals, a charge will be made for one night. If you plan to change any of your dates with us, please let us know as soon as possible, as there may be a charge.
• There will be charge for accommodation cancelled within 5 days of your arrival date.
• If you have reserved accommodation through our on-line booking agent and plan to cut your stay short, you WILL be charged for the total period booked.
• It is not permitted to smoke within the hostel, but provision is made for an external smoking area.
• A deposit will be charged for cycle hire, and we will charge for theft or breakages. (Bike locks are provided.)
• A deposit will be charged for keys to the cabins - you are more likely to remember to give it back!
• All personal items are your own responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your possessions, nor for any personal injury.
• We reserve the right to determine who is, or is not, a welcome guest.
